Brittany Université will not review, distribute or reference any Client data except as provided in the Services Agreement or as may be required by law. Brittany Université will provide ways for you to access your personal information, as required by law, so you can correct inaccuracies. Brittany Université also encourages you to remove any information which you no longer want to share with others. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account. Further, information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent that it was copied or stored by other users with whom you interacted or gave access to that information. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you delete your information, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
Sharing of information
Brittany Université may share your information with Brittany Université’s business partners or service providers that are either identified by you and contracted by Brittany Université, or contracted directly by Brittany Université, to provide specific services to you. The extent of information shared varies with the scope of service provided and will not identify you personally, unless otherwise stated. Brittany Université does not control the privacy policies of its business partners or service providers and hence if you do not you wish to share information with the business partners or service providers then you can opt out of the concerned service.
In addition to information gathered through its Websites or submitted to its Services, Brittany Université may obtain information through applications (“Mobile Applications”) that Clients or their authorized individuals (“Users”) download to, and run on, their mobile devices (“Devices”). Mobile Applications provided by Brittany Université may obtain information from, or access data stored on, Users’ Devices to provide services related to the Mobile Application. Mobile Applications may transmit information to and from Devices to provide the Mobile Application services.
Mobile Applications may provide Brittany Université with information related to Users’ use of the Mobile Application services, information regarding Users’ computer systems, and information regarding Users’ interaction with Mobile Applications, which Brittany Université may use to provide and improve the Mobile Application services. Brittany Université may also share anonymous data about these actions with third party providers of analytics services.
Clients may configure Brittany Université’s Mobile Application services, and the information accessed or obtained by the Mobile Application on a User’s Device may be affected by the Client’s configuration. Information accessed or obtained by the Mobile Application on a User’s Device may be accessible to the Client and its organization, depending on the intended functionality of the Mobile Application.
Brittany Université’s Mobile Applications may also contain links or integrations to other mobile applications provided by third parties. Third parties’ use of information collected through third-party mobile applications is governed by the privacy statements of such third parties. Brittany Université encourages you to review the privacy statements of third party providers of mobile applications to understand their information practices.
Your Personal Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You may help protect against unauthorized access to your account by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
